A. We use Royal Mail which is a signed for service, and tracking numbers are available.

Q. How do the sizes come up?

A. Small = 8-10

Medium = 10-12

Large = 12-14

Xlarge = 14-16

All the Bikini's are adjustable.

Q. What happens if a crystal falls off?

A. Our products go through tests to assure this does not happen, however in the unlikely event it does we are happy to repair any items within a 30 day period of receipt

A. We always say 21 days to be sure , but if you do need it sooner then please send us an email to check our waiting times.

Q. Do we accept exchanges?

A. If the item is NOT personalised then yes on the discretion of the Dollies will accept an exchange in some circumstances. When returning any purchases please note that ownership of the products remains with the customer until the goods are received . For your own protection against loss or damage during transit we recommend that returns be sent by Recorded Delivery, checking that the insurance included is sufficient
